Bikram yoga was my first yoga experience. I just loved the sensation of achievement after every class.

Simply because I got tired of having so much laundry to do after each Bikram class, I got curious to see what it’s like to practice yoga without sweating as much. I’ve been taking an Ashtanga yoga class lately, and I enjoy it. Its quick flow gives fitness feeling and yet it greatly pays attention to the peace in mind.

Hatha yoga class I took emphasized on the spirituality of yoga far more than any other yoga classes I’ve taken. It’s not a fitness any longer, which I find soothing and necessary to an urban life I lead in San Francisco.

I’m debating what yoga style I should pursue for teacher training… Teaching Bikram doesn’t sound all that intriguing to me. So, the choice will be among Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa…etc.
